本套图书共有20册，分为4个级别，每个级别有5本分册。本套图书根据海外孩子的中文学习环境和他们真实的中文水平，选取的文章题材生活化，趣味性强，文化性强，并适合他们的心理与生活环境。根据识字量分为四级，每篇文章后设计简单的练习，如判断题、选择题、填空题或简单的问答题，只为检查孩子们读了没有，理解与否。

 I Can Read Chinese! is a series of graded Chinese readers. It has four levels according to the vocabulary and each level has 5 books. This series is designed based upon the deep understanding of overseas Chinese learners. All the reading materials are very interesting and closely related with the real life situations. In addition, learners can have a good understanding of the Chinese culture besides its language. There are 40 various articles in each book. After each article, there are some simple exercises, such as multiple choices, filling the blanks, etc. which are used to help students review what they read in the article.
